Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This Voucher is issued by LK Hospitality Pty Ltd ABN 38 992 903 904, trading as Yugen Dining. 

By purchasing and using this Voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as amended by Yugen Dining acting reasonably from time to time.

The Voucher is valid for 3 years after its date of supply. It is not valid for use after the expiry date specified on the Voucher.

The unused balance on the Voucher will be forfeited on expiry, and will not be refunded.

If this Voucher is lost or destroyed, Yugen Dining is not required to replace this Voucher, refund to you the amount paid for the Voucher or allow you or any person to redeem the Voucher.

You may redeem the Voucher by using the Voucher to purchase food or drinks at the “Yugen Dining” establishment, up to the face value of the Voucher. The Voucher is not redeemable at any other venue owned or operated by LK Hospitality Pty Ltd.

The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

The Voucher must be redeemed in one visit to Yugen Dining Any unused balance will be forfeited.

The Voucher is not redeemable for cash.

The minimum purchase on the Voucher is $50.00.

Patronage at Yugen Dining is subject to demand, and availability may be limited on certain dates or times. Yugen suggests that you make a reservation to secure your preferred date and time.

Entry into Yugen Dining is subject to Yugen’s terms and conditions of entry. Yugen Dining reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons in its reasonable discretion.
